WHY JUMP TRAINING?
According to the America Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, females are three to five times more likely to tear ligaments in their knees while participating in a sport. Buckeye Impact Health and Performance, founded by former Ohio State University Volleyball and Basketball players specializes in helping female athletes develop the core elements of elite performance and help prevent injury.
