Coaching Philosophy
Volleyball is an interdependent sport where no one player is more important than the other.  Rather every player is of equal importance as we all work towards a common goal of success.  1 pass, 1 set, 1 hit……focus on 1 thing at a time, work together and give it everything you have.  Her intense energy has been the key to her success as a coach, and everyone that meets her feels her passion for young women and her community that she chooses to communicate through the game of volleyball.
